Hajj and Umrah is a season where thousands of people gather at Makkah to worship to Allah. They come from all over the world. Due to which there is a high risk for people catching infections in the air. Everyone needs to be very careful while they are in Mecca or Medina. Mostly people catch flu or cough due to exhaustion, dust and too much exposure to each others breathe. There is nothing to worry about it. This happens with almost everyone who has gone for Umrah. Along with all this you must have tissue paper, as it is one of the most important items that need to be in your bag all the time. Energy drink powder and drinks like tang should always be there with you so you can take it immediately before you dehydrate yourself. Never take these things lightly. You must take good care of your health otherwise you won’t be able to worship properly.
