 Eat Something Sweet:

Do not leave the day of Eid without eating sweets. It is therefore advisable to eat dates, in odd numbers, to follow the ritual of the messenger of God (PBUH). Making sweet on Eid day comes in tradition, also it is applicable after a bath.

This is one of the most important recommended acts of this day. It is about takbir (praise, the glorification of Allah) during the night, and all the way to the place of prayer until the arrival of the Imam.
